Women and Weapons Announces strategic new hire, Laura Crouse, as Director of Partnerships
--
Today at Women and Weapons, we are welcoming to the family the very talented Laura Crouse as Director of Partnerships. Laura will bring her wealth of experience to the team with the mandate of maximizing value to the community through partnerships big and small.
Her two focuses will be delivering impactful brand partnerships, perks, and offerings to our new Member Portal and beyond, as well as facilitating meaningful relationships for our upcoming digital influencer, Nova.
“There are some amazing builders in the web3 space, and two of them are Sara and Jake Baumann. The Women and Weapons team is betting on themselves during this bear market and what they have planned for future growth is both innovative and exciting. I am grateful for the opportunity to help further grow the brand,” said Laura Crouse.
Women and Weapons was launched in October 2021, and the brand emerged from the characters hand illustrated and imagined from the mind of the Founder, Sara Baumann. The Women and Weapons avatars are depicted in Sara’s signature mid-century aesthetic in an attempt to give power to women in an era where they weren’t viewed as powerful. The weapons in the collection are representative of the weapons that women carry with them daily, like empathy, kindness, motherhood, and intelligence. WAW continues its mission to highlight the intrinsic power in women and build the most significant, global, and diverse community in Web 3 centered around our powerful IP and brand.
“At Women and Weapons, we firmly believe in the power of our IP and our story. We hope to set the standard for how Web3 companies interact with brands. We couldn’t think of a better human to help build incredible partnerships with Women and Weapons.” Said Sara Baumann, our Founder.
